Arts Ed NJ, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, seeks a dynamic and passionate Individual Giving Development Coordinator to cultivate and implement strategies to ensure the long-term sustainability of Arts Ed NJ and meet the goals of the organization’s new five-year strategic vision plan. This new part-time position (average 20 hours/week) will play a crucial role in building a robust and diversified donor portfolio in conjunction with the Board, Executive Director, and other staff. The position has been supported through a generous grant from NJ Cultural Trust.
The position is a remote with occasional requirements for in-person meetings with potential donors (10-20 annually), board meetings (1-2 annually), and all-staff meeting/planning days (scheduled as needed.)
