The Patron Services Associate role is essential in ensuring a positive experience for our patrons, from ticket purchase through to post-show interactions. The Patron Services Associate will work closely with the Patron Services team and our venue partners to deliver top-notch service and support for all patrons.

Duties and Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting patrons in-person, over the phone, and via email. Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously. Assist with outbound calling. Have a strong knowledge of GSP (such as performance schedule, ADA services, PSO policies, etc.).
• Ticketing: Process ticket sales, exchanges, and refunds using Tessitura, our ticketing system. Ensure accurate data entry and handle transactions with precision.
• Performance Support: Provide on-site support during performances, including will-call ticket distribution and managing any patron concerns or emergencies.
• Database Management: Assist in maintaining and updating patron records in Tessitura.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the GSP and NBPAC teams to ensure seamless operations and an exceptional patron experience.
• Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties as assigned, including data entry, filing, phone calls/telemarketing and other tasks to support the Patron Services team.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Excellent customer service/phone skills
• Ability to resolve issues for patrons in a time-sensitive environment
• Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule (including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and sometimes holidays)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite
• Previous experience with Tessitura or another ticketing system preferred (Salesforce, Spektrix, or the like)
