The Patron Services Associate role is essential in ensuring a positive experience for our patrons, from ticket purchase through to post-show interactions. The Patron Services Associate will work closely with the Patron Services team and our venue partners to deliver top-notch service and support for all patrons.

Paper Mill Playhouse seeks outgoing, customer service-oriented candidates for our Security and Safety Team. This team is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of all staff, artists, and guests during all administrative and production activities.

This is a part-time, hourly position that includes evening and weekend availability, particularly during show runs (which typically span five-week periods per production). Some weekday shifts may be required for matinees and special events.

Senior Visitor Assistant
Grounds For Sculpture is seeking a full-time Senior Visitor Assistant to join our team. The Senior Visitor Assistant reports directly to the Manager of Guest Services and is responsible for daily Guest Services operational tasks, assisting visitors with excellent customer service, working on administrative tasks, training new Guest Services staff, and assisting with events held at GFS.

The Audience Services Manager is SOPAC's lead for CRM/ticketing systems and Front of House operations. This role requires a dual focus on systems and people—we're looking for someone equally skilled at managing databases and leading teams. The ideal candidate thrives on data integrity, reporting, and process improvement while also excelling at hiring, training, and developing staff.

This position focuses on building systems, training, and documentation that enable your team to deliver excellent patron experiences. You will oversee an experienced Box Office Manager, a part-time Audience Services Associate, and a team of FOH staff and volunteers. Cross-departmental collaboration with Marketing, Development, Programming, and Finance is essential to supporting audience engagement and revenue.

McCarter Theatre Center is seeking hospitality-oriented Patron Attendants to support our audience experience in our venues. Patron Attendants are essential members of McCarter’s Front of House team and serve as the primary point of connection between the organization and our audiences. As ambassadors of McCarter, Patron Attendants help ensure that every patron feels welcomed, informed, safe, and respected from the moment they arrive through the conclusion of each performance.
