The Visitor Services Associate oversees front desk operations, supports visitor engagement, coordinates visitor services staff and volunteers, and helps ensure the museum’s galleries, shop, and public spaces operate smoothly and professionally.

House Managers are critical members of McCarter's Front of House team, providing on-the-ground leadership for all Front of House operations during each performance. Outgoing and motivated, House Managers possess excellent leadership and customer service skills, and are able to multitask in an energetic environment while managing Front of House teams ranging from 15 to 20 individuals, depending on the performance.

Patron Attendants are essential members of McCarter’s Front of House team and serve as the primary point of connection between the organization and our audiences. As ambassadors of McCarter, Patron Attendants help ensure that every patron feels welcomed, informed, safe, and respected from the moment they arrive through the conclusion of each performance.

McCarter Theatre Center is seeking service-oriented Bartenders to elevate our patrons' concessions experience. Bartenders are essential members of McCarter's Front of House Team, playing a crucial role in enhancing the experience of our patrons by providing exceptional beverage and food service during our performances and special events. As hospitality ambassadors of McCarter, Bartenders help create a warm, efficient, and welcoming atmosphere from the moment the bar opens through final call.
