Nimbus SummerArts is a full-day performing arts camp for children ages 4–10 at our Springfield Ave studio. Each week has its own theme — kids spend the week exploring it through dance, theater, singing, and art — and every Friday the whole camp performs for families.
Led by professional Teaching Artists. Capped at 20 kids per group. Real costumes, real lights, real stage.

Duties and Responsibilities
Music Teacher (activity specialist) - create and teach an enriching curriculum for Music including: warm ups, technique, lyrics and vocals for songs to be performed. Classes will be no more than 20 students as well as 1-2 assigned Leaders in Training for support (LIT). Collaborate with other teaching artists to create a final performance that will include all students. Maintain daily surveillance of campers and report any signs of mistreatment or abuse to the camp director.Theatre Teacher (activity specialist) - create and teach an enriching curriculum for Theatre including: warm ups, technique, scenes and lines to be performed. Arts and Crafts Teacher (activity specialist) - create and teach an enriching curriculum for Arts and Crafts including: techniques, thematic context, and projects to be used during performance. Classes will be no more than 20 students as well as 1-2 assigned Leaders in Training for support (LIT). Collaborate with other teaching artists to create a final performance that will include all students. Maintain daily surveillance of campers and report any signs of mistreatment or abuse to the camp director.
All Staff must pass a background check and Sex offender registry check.
Requirements
-Professional experience in Theatre, Music, or Visual Arts-Experience with children ages 4-10
-Availability July 6th - July 24th
